This is How is Going

My husband and I embarked on this project to do our basement to open my little physiotherapy practice. He is a very skilled and incredible problem-solving Electrician! Slowly but surely, it is definitely happening!

This was the first time my husband, Luis, built a legal suit in the basement, almost by himself. He had some experience from a previous project, but this was definitely bigger. We are greatly thankful for all the help we got from my father-in-law and our dear friend Mihai. I feel extremely proud of my better half for proving to himself how much he can do and how talented he is!

During the 2025 Summer, we did our sidewalk, which turned out to be as solid as professionals would do. It was a workout that lasted a few weeks! But WE did it!

We’re in the final stretch of our project — about 80% complete. We’ll continue progressing at a steady, confident pace as we complete the remaining inspections. Our goal is to finish by early 2026!
