  • No. Physiotherapists are primary care providers, which means we are trained to assess and treat patients without the need for a physician’s referral.

    For rehabilitation after a work related injury, you need to contact a clinic who has a contract with WCB.

  • The first appointment frequently takes 1 hour. The duration of your follow-up appointment depends on your needs. We can schedule 30, 45, or 60-minute follow-up appointments.

  • Complete the Electronic Intake Form that will be sent to you prior to your appointment. This saves you more time for your appointment.

    In case you prefer the paper format, we can provide it to you. In this case, Let us know in advance and Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your first appointment.

    All information collected is kept confidential and is stored securely in our booking system.

  • Comfort is key! Shorts are a great choice when we are working on your legs. A t-shirt/tank top is great when we are focusing in the upper body. This way we can see easily your body move during the assessment.

    You will be given privacy to change during your appointment.

  • This varies based on your insurance plan and provider. Many extended health insurance plans provide coverage up to a certain amount. We are working actively to offer direct billing. However, we do not offer it at this time. You can submit a claim with your insurance after your appointment.

  • Our clinic does not have a contract with WCB. If you have a work-related injury, you will need to contact a clinic that has a contract with WCB. Let us know if you need support with it.

  • We understand that things come up. Please give us at least 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment, and we’ll help you reschedule it.
